Your use of analogies and metaphors is brilliant and spot on. Another great article!

Thank you, Allison! Glad you liked it. My aim is to simplify and contextualize Bitcoin via visualizations and analogies - best way to crystallize the beauty of this asset, in my opinion

You are succeeding splendidly in that aim - and I share your faith in such methods to communicate profound ideas in a way that truly lands :)

Great stuff Jesse! I've added this wonderful and easy to understand analogy to my orange pilling repertoire.

Thanks, John! That's exactly what I aim for with these pieces - no higher honor in my book

Brilliant explanation. Thank you for simplifying this. Mind blown.

Thanks, John! It's so easy to lose sight of the perspective of what Bitcoin is: a global value settlement layer. This analogy makes that more tangible

Excellent analogy. Thanks. I’ll use it.

Thanks David! Clearing up concerns about how Bitcoin scales is one of the best ways to reduce the apprehension about Bitcoin's viability

I appreciate the reply. Decentralization and security are primary and require that scaling happens on layer two.

Have you researched fedimints? It's akin to banking with bitcoin, but hopefully with full reserves.

It looks at our best shot at scaling transactions at the moment.(This opinion is based solely on WOS breaking durring some zapathons on nostr by the way. It's anecdotal at best)

Also, are you a nostrich yet?
